Christmas & New Year’s Eve Menu

Glass of Prosecco

For adults at midnight.

STARTER

Sea Garden

Marinated king prawns, calamari, octopus, mussels, clam, garlic, chilli, parsley, lemon and olive oil.

Dolma

Sundried aubergine stuffed with rice, minced meat, Turkish spices and herbs. Topped with Turkish creamy yoghurt.

Beetroot Humus

Beetroot humus topped with feta cheese, roasted pine nuts and beetroot.

Chicken Liver Pate

Seasoned chicken liver cooked in brandy, topped with butter, served with toasted bread, gherkins and balsamic onion.

MID COURSE

Lemon Sorbet

MAIN COURSE

Pumpkin Guvec

Stuffed baby pumpkin with lamb meat, seasonal vegetables, herbs and Turkish spices served with sauté potatoes.

Kereviz

Celery root filled with broad beans, sweet potato, peas and carrot steam cooked with olive oil.

Parmesan Duck

Pan fried duck breast, Parmesan basket, creamed cabbage, leak, and chestnut served with orange sauce cherry glaze.

Fritto Misto

Deep fried Calamari, king prawns , mussels , langoustine, sea bass, courgettes and peppers served with homemade tartar sauce

DESSERTS

Raspberry Cheese Cake

Homemade raspberry cheese cake served with berries and fruit coli

Poached Pear

Poached whole pear cooked in red wine and cinnamon served with mascarpone cream.

Boozy Red Velvet Trifle

Raspberries with liqueur, red velvet cake, sweetened cream cheese and whipped cream.

Baklava

Baked cubed layers of filo pastry, filled with granulated nuts and sugar syrup served with one scoop of ice cream.
